Architecture Walking Tours
These tours explore favorites such as Old City and Society Hill in addition to less-touristy neighborhoods such as Fishtown, Fitler Square, and Rittenhouse Square. The Preservation Alliance offers 20 unique tours. Some tours focus on specific events and eras in Philadelphia’s history, such as the Gilded Age or the Art Deco movement. Tours may also explore specific locations such as the Benjamin Franklin Parkway or the city’s underground network of train tunnels and subterranean walkways.
